Because each piece is crafted with care, items that include custom work—such as sizing, setting, or personalization—may be eligible for a partial refund to cover the labor and materials involved.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect—in that case, we’ll take care of it right away.
